- Drain fully before pickup — full spas are too heavy and slosh.
- Confirm access at both ends — driveway width, overhead branches, deck height.
- Photograph before pickup — we do too.

Yes — fully drained. A full spa is too heavy to move legally and the water sloshing damages the shell.
Can you place it on the deck?
With HIAB or crane, yes. Send photos of the deck and access so we quote the right truck.
