A few things that help.
- Confirm site access — HIAB needs overhead clearance.
- Tell us if palletised so we bring straps and edge protectors.
- Rural address? RAPID number and a landmark helps.

Yes — pickup from any building supply merchant in NZ. Just send us the invoice or order number.
Do you have HIAB / crane trucks?
Yes, for palletised or awkward loads. Ask at quote time so we send the right truck.
