Do you offer trade rates for dealerships?
Yes. Trade pricing kicks in from your first booking and sharpens with volume. Ask for our dealer rate card — we'll size it to your typical monthly units.
Can Haul Haus pick up from Turners, Manheim and other auctions?
Yes. We collect from every major NZ auction site — Turners, Manheim, Pickles, Enviro — usually within 48 hours of your winning bid clearing. Just send us the release form.
Do you invoice on a monthly account?
For approved trade customers, yes — 20th of the month following. New accounts start on pre-pay and move to account after a short trading history.
How do you handle damage claims?
Every vehicle is photographed at pickup and delivery. Any variance is flagged before we leave the site. Full commercial liability cover on every load — we settle direct with your business, not with the customer.
Can you handle a full new-car pre-delivery run?
Yes — regular PDI, port collection and dealership drop runs across NZ, including scheduled multi-unit loads for franchise groups.
